Dutch Sheets seems to have written this book for those battling depression and anxiety, two things I am not a stranger to unfortunately. This book is Biblically based and filled with many testimonies that Dutch shares.
This is a good book. I like reading things Dutch Sheets writes. Two of my favorites of his are:
The Pleasure of His Company
Intercessory Prayer
I recommend this book and this author.
