The Power of a Half Hour by Tommy Barnett

I really thought this book would help me to organize my time better and I agree that it could possibly do just that. However, this was not the thing that struck me the most when reading it. What did make an impact on my life were all the testimonies and experiences which the author shares throughout his book. Tommy Barnett is the senior pastor of Phoenix First Assembly of God which is a home base for more then 260 outreach ministries. This tells me that the man has experience and that he has learned how to manage his time well. He also founded the original dream center in Los Angeles which I had heard about from a friend who would minister there. I heard only good things and it always made me want to go there to visit and perhaps to also minister alongside of those ministering there. I loved this book and I think you will find many nuggets of truth packed inside which will help you as well in your walk with our Lord. Many good principles here plus scripturaly sound. I recommend it! God bless you!!! I received this book for free in exchange for a free book review from Waterbrook Press publishing through the Waterbrook Multnomah book review program. I was not required to write a favorable review.
